The label is only a starting point. Four adults need usable bench length, a workable layout, the right heater for the actual room, and a delivery and installation plan that fits the property.

It lists a 6 kW heater path and separate lighting service. Four is the published maximum. Compare the bench length with the actual users before treating it as comfortable four-adult seating.

The authorized-dealer title says 4-6 person, while the same page's specification block says “holds up to four people.” It publishes an approximately 72 by 82-inch assembled size, 18-inch-wide by 64-inch-long benches, and an 8 kW heater path. That inconsistency is a reason to ask for the current manufacturer specification and approved order summary before paying.

LeisureCraft's current table describes the 7-by-6-foot version as comfortably seating four. It publishes an 84-inch exterior width and height, 71-inch exterior depth, 80 3/4-inch interior width, and 63 1/2-inch interior depth. This is a dealer-configured path, so the quote must identify the wood, heater, controls, porch or changeroom, shipping, and assembly scope.

The current Grayson page publishes a 71 1/2 by 71 1/2 by 77 5/8-inch exterior and an interior measuring 66 3/4 by 67 by 76 1/8 inches. Its upper bench is 24 inches deep; the lower bench is 15 3/8 inches deep. This is the strongest option here for buyers who need two seating heights indoors, but the existing floor, room ventilation, glass, delivery path, and heater configuration all need review.

Compare each regular user's seated width and whether anyone expects to recline.
Bench depth and levels
A deeper upper bench and a lower level can matter more than a larger exterior label.

What does four-person capacity actually mean?
It is a manufacturer or seller capacity label, not a standardized comfort measurement. Check the exact bench length, bench width, layout, heater footprint, and intended users before assuming four adults will be comfortable.
Should four regular users buy a larger sauna?
Often, yes. A model with longer or wider benches may be a better fit when four adults will use it together regularly. Compare usable bench dimensions and seating layout rather than buying from the person-count label alone.
What power does a four-person traditional sauna need?
